Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy
At Saffron Health Sciences, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent, fair customer experience.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements
- Health and personal care items once opened
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email regarding approval status
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for processing after approval
- Additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or credit card provider:
- The dispute will be handled directly between you and your payment provider
- The transaction will be placed under formal investigation
- The final decision by the bank or card issuer is binding
Important:
- If a chargeback is resolved in favor of Saffron Health Sciences, no additional refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued
- We do not issue refunds for transactions already resolved through a chargeback
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your card was used without authorization:
- Contact your bank or card provider immediately
- We will fully cooperate with any official investigation
Returns After Chargebacks
- Returns may be accepted at our discretion
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- No refund will be issued if the chargeback has already been resolved
