Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy

At Saffron Health Sciences, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent, fair customer experience.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

 Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Health and personal care items once opened
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email regarding approval status
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing after approval
  • Additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or credit card provider:

  • The dispute will be handled directly between you and your payment provider
  • The transaction will be placed under formal investigation
  • The final decision by the bank or card issuer is binding

Important:

  • If a chargeback is resolved in favor of Saffron Health Sciences, no additional refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued
  • We do not issue refunds for transactions already resolved through a chargeback

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your card was used without authorization:

  • Contact your bank or card provider immediately
  • We will fully cooperate with any official investigation

Returns After Chargebacks

  • Returns may be accepted at our discretion
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • No refund will be issued if the chargeback has already been resolved

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business:

  • Orders flagged as high-risk may require additional verification
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Cancel orders
    • Delay fulfillment
    • Request identity or payment verification
